In todays market loyality is usually forgotten about with existing customers and getting a renewal quote which is competitive or even cheaper than another provider is not common. Policy Expert provided renewal quote which has been one either cheaper or close to other companies. Being able to just let the renewal go through instead of swapping & changing things due to having been quoted a far higher price makes life smooch easier....more companies should start being loyal to existing customers.
