My house flood

They were extremely helpful at this most traumatic time for me,my house was ruined upstairs and down and I was at the end of my tether,they were very prompt with sending two assessors out who both agreed it was the worst flood they’d ever seen..the one assessor popped here on a regular basis checking to see how the house was drying out and also gave me a few supportive words each time helping me to think that it could all be sorted over time..I obviously insured my house again when due for renewal and will continue to as the price is very reasonable and I’m now insured for any accident possible seen as I’m an unlucky person in general..hopefully il never need to claim again please god but at least I can rest assured knowing that they are very helpful and don’t mess you about.
