Excellent customer service

I had to make a claim for damage to my property. The customer service agent was polite, efficient and quick. She assisted me throughout and the settlement figure was in my account 3 days later. First class! Thank you. Also I renewed with them for a second year as the renewal beat all the comparison sites. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
