Consistently meet my expectations

Have been with Policy Expert now for 3 or 4 yrs and each year they have met my renewal expectations. They have shown me they value me as an existing customer by showing willing to agree a fair commercial renewal price and not just give better quotes to new customers only and thats on a like for like quote with other companies. Their contact agents have also been polite, easy to understand and prepared to listen and try to get a better renewal quote for me. For all these reasons I have been happy to remain with them each year for my buildings & contents insurance. Reviewed on: 25th August 2023
