A fair & helpful company to deal with

Everything about Policy Review (PR) is easy. I normally shop around each year for home insurance because, as an existing customer, the renewal quotes with other insurance companies rose sky high. I didn’t feel the need to do so this year as, despite the rate of inflation at the time, PR’s renewal quote reflected a small but fair & manageable increase. The website is very easy to use and the insurance application was very smooth. I was with PR a few years ago when I was renovating my house and spoke with a very helpful customer service agent who advised me on what I needed to do by way of notification to PR of the work being done. Returning to them last year was like reuniting with an old friend! Reviewed on: 25th August 2023
