Snail pase company

Our house fire happened in August last year (2022) and it’s still not been completed. We constantly have to ring up to get things done which still didn’t happen and lead to my father in law going to head office in tunbridge to actually start to get things moving. I understand that our fire was really bad but it shouldn’t take 3 months for a bit of asbestos to be removed, I think to be better you actually need to communicate a LOT better with each other to actually get claims closed.
