Recovery

I paid for recovery with my insurance and when I phone to be recovered from the side of the A1 motorway they had the audacity to tell me my motorcycle wasn’t M.O.T d. so they wouldn’t send recovery. I had to have a three way conversation with them, my wife and myself to try and prove I had a valid M.O.T. and in the end my wife had to send an E.Mail with a copy of my M.OT. certificate. It took them 5 hrs before I got recovered as I could prove it had a valid M.O.T. Absolutely ridiculous and outright dangerous. Reviewed on: 29th August 2023
