Ridiculous black box gives false readings

I’m 48 years old and as my daughter just passed her test I insured her in my name with more than smart wheels as it was best quote by several hundred pounds. But don’t think your getting a good deal as the box they fit as per insurance policy it gives you bad scores for silly little things such as, I was driving no more than 10 miles an hour driving down my road plus because of parked cars I gave way to one or two cars but I seen this dog Walker who had her dog on a pull cord lead but anyway this little dog ran off the pavement so I stopped suddenly from 10mph just to make sure the dog don’t run under my wheels etc so when I checked my score that day I had a -10 score! I mean if I was driving at 60 mph then anchored up skidding then fare enough but 10mph??!! This plus other days where I got a minus because of comfort even tho I drive an automatic so if I pull out from a junction then of course the car will rev before kick down but to the smart wheels crew they consider that revving to high even rob I rang them and said it’s an auto! I have no faith in the black box I do not trust it nor would I ever use them again you are literally tied down to so many restrictions it’s not worth it. Plus! Reward card? Never received it after 6 months now even tho I called half dozen times to chase it up! 1 out of 10 Poor company with poor customer service. Reviewed on: 27th July 2018
