We had an accident last week in our brand new VW Tiguan, we'd only had the car for 2 weeks and had only just bought our insurance with LV - we've never been with them before. We're due to go on holiday next week, our car tows our caravan so we needed the repair authorising as soon as possible so we didn't lose our holiday. LV did everything they could to help us, they liaised with the garage and phoned me back every time they said they would. They were calm even when I wasn't. I honestly cannot tell you how impressed I am with their customer service. I'll never go anywhere else now. I thought good customer service was a thing of the past but its very much present at LV. Well done Steve, Daniel, Thomas and anyone else I've spoken to this week. You are all awesome. Reviewed on: 27th July 2018
