Broke down in the middle of nowhere with 3 young children one being disabled. The RAC took 13.5 hours to get to us, left us in the dark and cold over night with constant promises of arrival times. It was awful, we felt very vulnerable and unsafe. The RAC don’t care about you or your circumstances, they just want you money and then will supply you with a sub standard service. AWFUL!!

They said I had not been honest on my application when I had, they increased my policy after the cooling off period by around 25% leaving me no option but to be ripped off as I had paid annually and they charge a cancellation fee. This happened in both my policies I have with them. Not happy.
