Excellent customer service

I have been with HSBC for over 10 years. They've helped me with account issues, cleared any overdraft fees on request and helped me during financial hardship. Their staff in branch are very helpful and the customer service via the phone is great. The app is well designed and have many useful features. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Most streamlined service

One call Insurance, through their app and website has the most accessible system I've encountered with insurance. You can check your details, change plans, make payments and contact support all through a couple of clicks. They were also the cheapest and their injury insurance addon is fantastic.
