Efficient breakdown recovery

Broke down for the first time ever on a Friday evening. My call was answered quickly and a location established with the call handler who then arranged for transport 400 miles back home. Peace of mind

Whilst my policy is competitively priced, I have yet to experience any problems, until this summer when I broke down, on a Friday ahead of a busy bank holiday weekend. Motor Insurance Policy came with breakdown cover and I can only complement the team behind my recovery and return home. A helpful sympathetic call handler, adequate response times and a complete end to end service got me back home 10 hours and 200 miles after I set off.
