If it was easier to make contact

Like many insurance companies always happy to take your money but not so keen to communicate. Don't monitor their FB page or messaged service. When you give them feed back they don't seem interested in following it up. They then ask you to vote for them with a chance of winning £1000 ! So that's obviously got nothing to do with the service they provide. So come October I'll be doing a carful search for an insurance company I can make contact with easily instead a chatbot or an online service that sends you around the houses before you can eventually talk to someone.
