Competitively priced car insurance, but difficult to speak to customer service advisor.

Positives for this insurance company include their highly competitive prices, and efficient breakdown cover. A notable weakness is that it is very difficult to speak to a human being if you have a routine question or want help to adjust your cover, although I appreciate that this is probably why they are able to keep their prices low. If you do want to make changes to your policy, such as adding an additional driver, you are generally expected to do this yourself online, but then charged quite a hefty fee for this, so not recommended for anyone who needs to adjust their policy.
