Mid-Claim

Policy Expert use Trinity Claims as their point-of-contact for claims. The wording is definitely wooly, but that's probably true for most insurance companies. I'm having to do a lot of 'encouraging' to get some the rectification work done, but it's been slow. We'll see how this progresses! Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
