Customer Service Excellence

All I want in customer service is a quickly answered call and delivery on promises. Oh and no frustration of IVRs and being passed around departments. Very few organisations deliver in these simile sure fire successes to good service, Sure Thing do, and more! Reviewed on: 31st July 2018
