Convenient. Friendly, helpful staff. Should advise customers when investing in an obsolete product - customer duty is FCA responsibility. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

We are satisfied that our products provide good outcomes, fair value and assists customers in achieving their financial objectives. >99% of our savers receive better than the UK average savings rate. 2. The vast majority of our closed issue products are priced to match their open book equivalent. 3. We have, and will continue to signpost customers to new products so they can make an informed choice to decide is a new product would be suitable. 4. We have made the process to switch accounts much simpler and without the need to submit a full application number. Convenient, friendly and helpful staff. Customer duty must be improved if interest rates are unfavourable to customer on an old product the customer must be advised to invest in the new product. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

It has a branch in Leighton Buzzard. It opens on a Saturday morning. Interest rates are competitive. Don't like interest rates less than online only. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Online Only products are priced to reflect the restrictions applied to both applications and ongoing management of these products (for instance you could not go into Leighton branch on Saturday Morning to transact on an Online account). We have some competitive which can be applied for and managed through all channels, including a 2 Year Fixed Rate Bond.
