Historically, with its local service I would always have recommended HBS but closing two days a week is a very significant degradation of service and eliminates your USP. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

We regularly review our branch opening hours to make sure they are working for our members, and to ensure that all branch locations remain commercially viable. Generally, the feedback has been positive and we have not seen footfall reduce as a result of these changes- that being said, i will pass your comments to the Senior Team for further discussion. We have worked hard to improve the content on the website and we have mode excellent progress on this- but we accept it is not the easiest website to navigate at times.
