Dreadful

Nightmare experience of the worst scenario. A third party drove into my parked vehicle and it was a write off. Marshmallow gave instructions for towaway and storage, then cancelled my policy. Reason: my tax payment was days overdue without my knowledge with no notification. I was charged towaway, then billed for full years costs after only 6 months and had to buy a replacement vehicle. No assistance whatsoever. A total disaster! Reviewed on: 6th September 2023
