Everything an online service should be!

I am so impressed by how easy it was to insure my caravan. The questions asked were pertinent, simple and easy to answer. Having tried other providers where questions were irrelevant and answers led to more questions, it was refreshing to find a company that does things differently and at great value too! Keep it simple

Having tried to renew my caravan insurance with the existing provider, I was given a huge list of questions and protracted response times. Running out of time I searched the internet and found Ripe.
