Horrible company

My insurance auto renewed to almost double and charged me this with limited communication. I cancelled immediately within a few days of payment and got charged for the whole month plus a £40 fee. Their consolation was to refund me less than 5% of what I payed for the month. This is completely unacceptable by any standard and I would not wish this treatment on my worst enemy. Their customer service representative Emma is horrible and completely unhelpful. There’s no real person to speak to for serious matters such as these hence having to vent my frustrations on here. Do not recommend unless you want to be surprised when your insurance almost doubles overnight. Completely dissatisfied and would highly recommend going with any other company.
