Worst experience ever

I switched my account from monzo to another bank, with this My account closed and So I wasn’t able to access my flex account as well which was due within few days, No customer service at all they said you will be contacted via email within 48 hours but its been 1 week and now I ended up paying interest which was not my fault at all..customer executive were very rude. Reviewed on: 10th September 2023
