So disappointed. Shame on you!

I have been with this company for 30years and only one claim 18yrs ago. They've never messed me about with hiked up fees before. My renewal quote this year was 33% higher. Was told it was non-negotiable and then rude person told me my situation must have changed. NO it has not, rude lady. Gone elsewhere, same cover for half the price.
