Nicest Insurance Agent I have ever dealt with!

Spoke with a really nice chap at SureThing! who talked me through my vehicle accident claim kindly and efficiently. Understood everything he said and at no time did he sound like an automatom or appear hurried or bored with all the questions he was required to ask. At no time did I have to suffer ages of irritating music while on hold and when I was told I was being passed on to someone else... I actually was! No complaints whatsoever.
