Phoned up to ensure everything was sorted and asking a few questions about my new mortgage Daniel N was super polite, helpful and ran through details of the questions I asked. From a service perspective Daniel is a true asset to Melton. The only reason I haven’t provided full stars on this review is that I am unable to see online my mortgage and must all be done via post. Most lenders provide an app and enable you to see all this information at the touch of a button, something I understand melton don’t currently provide with mortgages. If this is something that can be done, I would be over the moon with this service and recommend melton to everyone. Regardless the customer service and speed of getting through was great, I’d just love to see an app/statements online! Reviewed on: 14th September 2023
