WISHED I HAD BROUGHT INSURANCE ELSEWHERE

They do not have a clue what they are doing! I wish i had not brought insurance from them. I have had various phone calls ( when they answer the phone) each time giving me a different reason for the complete mess they seem to have made of my claim! it was a simple claim and it has turned into a nightmare. E mails that do not make sense etc Please go elsewhere if you want travel insurance Reviewed on: 19th September 2023
