great if you love to hold on the phone for 1 hour to then be cut off!

I wanted to make a small admendment to my policy. Esure clearly do not have enough customer service operatives working so was holding for just under 1 hour. It sounded like somebody had answered (as the wait music stopped) however nobody was speaking on the other end. Hopefully this doesn't leave me in a precarious position as how can your insurance be voided if you were unable to make the necessary changes due to eSure negligence?
