AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is without doubt the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with in over 40 years. My car was written off through no fault of my own and was offered/made to accept a valuation well below the replacement value. I’m well out of pocket and know taking this to the Ombudsman.
