Poor customer service

Been with esure for a year. Their customer service is very poor. I have called multiple times throughout my policy and every time is a long waitlist saying 'we are unusually busy today'. ITS NOT UNUSUAL IF ITS EVERYDAY, you're just short staffed. Initially I opened a claim with them however then decided to drop the claim against another driver. at least an hour wait on both times I have tried to call the claims team and cancel it. No response to my email in over a month. Poor. When my renewal came up they offered my a new quote which was DOUBLE my last years premiums and I have had no claims. Better off moving back to ADMIRAL or someone with decent customer care. The mobile website also frequently doesnt work if you want to make changes online to your policy.
