Mortgage renewal

When approaching the mortgage renewal time, Newbury Building Society eased any stresses I had with the process and gave me a few options to best suit my financial situation. This was done in a professional way over the phone and followed up with and email with documentation. They offered time to consider the offer without adding any pressure to my decision.
