Review of the Comfort Insurance, Motorhome Insurance:

Reasonably knowledgeable on the phone & good quote (initially anyway)

Motorhome insurance was up recently, and my current company were being quite restrictive on the policy cover. Rang around a few and then came across Comfort Insurance, good clear communication with the call handler, and her overall product knowledge in relation to cover seemed excellent. Two things to note though, when the policy documents came through via email they had recorded my address wrongly, and had given me 4000 miles pa allowance as opposed to 5000 i was quoted for. I rang back to amend both the next day, and was charged an additional £40 for 6000 miles pa allowance (apparently they don't offer 5000 miles per annum). It still didn't work out to badly though.
