Outstanding Service from Charles.

Today, me & my girlfriend spoke to Charles Lewis on the mortgage team at Melton Mowbray. We went into the call concerned & confused by previous info we were given regarding our 1st & subsequent mortgage payments. We were told that potentially we MAY have to pay £1900 within the space of 3 days!! After just 15 mins on the call with Charles, our minds were clear of what was happening thanks to Charles patience & him taking the time out to discuss the ins & outs of what was going to happen. We can’t thank Charles enough for his clear & concise info, having just moved into a new home a little over a week ago, the info we got reduced our stress levels no end. Thank you Charles Lewis.
