we were sold a policy that was not suitable to our needs were not informed that our policy would not cover for cancellation which for a 82 and 86 year old should have been an obvious inclusion. they took our money 2000 pounds 2 months before we were due to travel what was the point of paying early if we were not covered Reviewed on: 10th October 2023
