The Worst Possible Insurance Servie - Rubbish!!!

A simple castration for a dog and exploratory blood tests leading up to the scan. PetPlan were evasive, the staff are awful, no product knowledge, stupid and rude. The insurer will do anything to get out of paying a claim - it's the vets fault, its the customers fault, they cant find the form, they haven't received the form ...their methodology is deliberately designed to defeat your claim - as your policy is "lifelong" for the pet - WATCH OUT AND BEWARE, expensive and a non-payer (unless you threaten them) Reviewed on: 3rd August 2018
