Fantastic Customer Service and an Evolving Product

Thankfully I have yet to make a Claim on my Velosure Policy :-) However since I took out my first Velosure Policy back in 2014 they have continually evolved their cover offering to suit the 'ever-growing' cycling population in the UK... I hope I never need to make a claim - however if I do need to do so I am certain that the Customer Service will be excellent :-) Reviewed on: 7th August 2018

Fantastic Customer Service

I've just renewed my cycle insurance with Velosure for the 3rd Consecutive Year; as always the renewal was very straightforward indeed; and handled expertly by their excellent staff. Each year that I have insured my bikes with Velosure; they have increased their levels of cover and innovatively streamlined their policies to add value that cyclists need. Fortunately I have not yet needed to make a claim (and long may that continue) but I have no doubts that should that need arise; then it would be handled professionally and expediently by the team at Velosure.
