Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a financial institute / supplier / insurance company. Everytime you phone up expect to be on hold for at least 45 mins. Expect to be transferred, and put on hold again, during every call. The emergency cover they sell is provided through another party - took 3 months to fix and emergency leak in my home. Staff do not listen and are intent on talking over you resulting in false information / actions. Do not touch! Reviewed on: 18th October 2023
