If I could give minus stars I would Despicable, service, rip-off, money, grabbing vultures stay well away do not use RAC Insurance For anything. I had a policy and then I changed my car. to a VW transporter van, no commercial van every day family vehicle type van with six seats. In the past when I have changed vehicles midway through a policy to be no problem and I’ve been able to do it, I may have been charged a very small admin fee but I could do it. Oh no, no no no not with these rip-off vultures they gave me no choice but to cancel my policy, and then charge me an obscene amount for a cancellation fee As they claimed, they don’t insure the type of vehicle that I wanted to I told them it’s not a commercial van it’s a family vehicle doesn’t matter they were rude on the phone not very helpful.
