Good Old Fashioned Customer Service!

How lovely to speak to real people - to not wait on the phone for hours only to be transferred to another voicemail box. I have had the most amazing service from the team at MM Building Society - so much so I am in the process of transferring as much as I can to them from my current bank. Well done team!
