Avoid Aviva

Avoid Aviva, I had a flat tyre, instead of sending someone to fix my tyre, they took my car away, it has been 8 days since, no one have called me back to give me an update. I tried every possible number, when you finally speak to someone they are no able to help. When you use the web chat or no one is available or you get through the wrong department and they can’t help as well. F… horrible service. I might need to go to the police.
