My Car was damaged in a repair shop recommended by AxA ,The repair shop admitted the damage then denied it then said they caused some of the damage. AxA insurance have been of no help with this after repeated emails and phone calls they have done nothing and I have had to take this to the insurance ombudsman.

Had a car drive into the rear of my car what I thought was a simple claim turned into a nightmare,5 months to wait for the repair and the car damaged by the car repair shop . Endless phone calls to staff who just don't care about you.
