Review of the esure, Car insurance:

No customer support

Car hit by drunk driver in August outside my house . Car been written off by esure but not collected car since. Esure impossible to contact, been kept on phone for >1hr (at 0345 rate), Esure does not reply to e-mails and does not deal with raised complaints. I will tell everyone to avoid insurance with them.
