Incorrect Advise Leading to Non-coverage

I was incorrectly advised by one of the sales team so I was not covered for my phone away from my property. Be warned this company has lots of loopholes that make it hard to claim and they have a cancellation fee so that even when they won't cover you they'll charge you in order that you can switch to an insurer who will.
