one call..no call , avoid

you will never speak to anyone, fact, live chat only, extortionate cancelation charge placed on my daughters insurance, wanted to cancel after 5 months and was hit with a charge of over 60 % of the premium, no choice but to pay , should be 2 to 7% , not 60 . horrendous . read all the one star reviews all over the web, its for a reason !!!!
