Shocking in EVERY WAY

Shocking! Never received policy docs. Threatening email when claim made against me despite me trying to notify them by phone (waited every time over an hour at least & had to abandon calls, tried to contact via website chat - went round in circles). Finally, today got through on virtual asst (after 50 mins) and Slungile left the chat midway, as I was typing a question. Personal acct area of website is absolutely useless, can't do anything without going via virtual asst which never answers the query. Have no idea what is going on with a claim against me & cannot get through. Have used them for 4 years but they are not the company they used to be. NO WAY WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM Reviewed on: 14th November 2023
