I'm currently insured with Admiral, but was hit by a third party insured by RAC. My insurance offered me to go through their third party company Auxillis, which informed me my vehicle was a total loss. RAC then contacted me the next day to transfer the valuation amount into my account. Very fast and easy so I could look into getting a new vehicle.
