Review of the Churchill Insurance, Car Insurance:

Rubbish service

Although not at fault, I've had to pay an excess which after 3 months has still not been refunded. They outsource the repair and courtesy car, and now I've bee contacted by the car hire company for the same information (again) so they can claim their costs back. Apparently I may be liable even though the car provided is part of the insurance. I've been with Churchill for over 20 years and can't believe how awful they've become, no customer service at all. I will definitely not be renewing. Reviewed on: 18th November 2023
