Do not take complaints seriously

Very poor communication in fact no communication except for the complaint acknowledgement email with a 6 weeks target,you are told someone will call you and nobody calls 6 weeks later no contact but receive another email stating for them to investigate further it will be another 8 weeks , they cancel your policy without notice meaning any other insurance you try to get is now doubled.
