My wife lost her gold chain while on holiday. We provided all the information regarding the claim. At last they rejected the claim saying they can't find where it was lost. Don't buy as AA is just middleman

Hi, AA doest not handle home insurance. Its third party who handle claims and policy. I took home insurance based on AA brand and been with them past 3 years. I have home and contents insurance with contents covered outside of my home. We went on holiday last summer and my wife lost gold chain in holiday which was in her hand bag. When I claimed for it, AA transferred claim to third party company who is giving lot of excuses to avoid paying claim. The reason given was they can't... Reviewed on: 26th November 2023
