Absolutely awful

I have been trying to change nominated bank account. I get conflicting information via email and phone. I have emailed information i have posted information Reviewed on: 30th November 2023

We need to verify nominated bank details and if we can’t verify them electronically, we ask for a bank statement which also shows your full name and address, or a cancelled cheque.
