Still waiting....6 weeks later!!

After reading their advertising stating that you could open an account in 10 minutes, I went to my local branch to open a current account. I was met by a member of staff and went through the process by showing my ID, stating that I've lived at the same address for 39 years and have an ''Excellent' credit score according to the credit score companies.
